Return Policy

Once a relic has left the altar, it is rare for it to return.
Still, we understand that sometimes the stars misalign.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original state — as they left the altar.

• Custom or limited-run offerings (tapes, vinyl, special editions) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Relics

If your item arrives broken, flawed, or in any way cursed by the postal gods, contact us immediately at SaintOmenOfficial@gmail.com with photos. We will make it right — replacement or refund, as the ritual demands.

The Return Process

• Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

• You are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.

• Once the relic returns to the altar and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Every piece we send carries the weight of the cult. Choose carefully — for once certain relics are gone, they will never be summoned again.
